2 Dudes And A Truck is a family-owned company run straight out of Kansas City. Co-founders Cody Barnes and Nate Fisher got going in 2015 with a single truck between them and one rule that still guides the shop: quote a fair flat price, staff every job with our own people instead of a broker or a day-labor pickup, and treat each load as though it were ours.
Ten years on, we run five marked trucks and a background-checked crew who know this city cold, the steep original staircases in the Brookside and Waldo bungalows, the tight parking around Westport, the certificate of insurance and freight-elevator windows at the Plaza and Crossroads lofts, and the ice storms and muggy summers that shape a Kansas City moving day. That kind of local know-how is what keeps a long day running smoothly.
